Charles has a diploma on Art & Art Design, from the Plymouth College of Art in Plymouth, England. His focus was on Art Restoration, from "UNESCO", Art Restoration Program in Cuzco, Peru.
Charles, our blue eye "Peruvian" was born in Lima, the beautiful capital of the Peru. At the age of 24 he received a grant from "UNESCO" to take Art Restoration in Cuzco
Charles has mastered his color palette and color combinations of the human body, to present an almost vivid, artistic painting. He has a keen eye for details, and like a master of his profession, puts all his skills together to present to us a beautiful creation of art!
He has exhibited his paintings at numerous gallerias in Peru and in United States. He has won many awards and honors throughout his prolific career as an artist. Recently he won a "First Prize" award in all media competition for his painting "Low Tide" at the "Old Hyde Park Art Center" in Florida. Last September he won a Second Place for his painting "Girl on Purple Towel" at "Tampa Realistic Artist Gallery".
